Next Generation's "Stat-Control" INCLUSIVE (1) ONE YEAR WARRANTY

We provide a one-year limited written warranty on any property that we perform mold remediation work. This warranty will cover all surfaces that are treated with our patented Stat-Control treatment.

Next Generation's "Stat-Control" LIFETIME WARRANTY

After your initial one-year warranty, we will extend the protection to a lifetime warranty as long as an annual inspection and re-treatment occur. This warranty can be transfered to new property owners as long as all specified conditions are followed. Here are the details of the three-step process for Next Generation's Lifetime Warranty:

Step One - Initial Treatment After a complete mold remediation, we apply an initial Stat-Control treatment to specific areas of your property. At this time, a one-year limited warranty is issued. Step Two – Annual Inspection At the end of that one-year period, an inspection is done to determine whether the right conditions still exist to extended the warranty. If so, we will apply a booster treatment to the area and extend the warranty. Step Three - Booster Treatment A Booster treatment of Next Generation Stat-Control is applied to all surfaces that received the original application. The cost of this treatment is based on the square footage of the treated area and includes the cost of inspection. Upon completion of the booster treatment, a limited one-year warranty will be issued.

Every year you wish to extend this written warranty, you must complete steps 2 and 3. You should note that if any limiting factors are found (the mold reappears or additional mold is found in other portions of the home) this may require additional cost and remediation work.

Electro-Static SHIELD 5 – 10 YEAR WARRANTY

Ideal for building contractors and commercial buildings, Next Generation provides an extended limited written warranty to any property that has been "Mold Protected" using our patented non-toxic Electro-Static Shield treatment technology. With no follow-up treatment required, our Electro-Static Shield will cover remodeled homes for a period of five years and new homes for a period of ten years.
